The Fast Company Now weblog reports that, according to a recent study, "Half of all malfunctioning products returned to stores are in full working order, but customers can't figure out how to operate the devices." Most American consumers will quit trying to figure out how to work their gadgets after 20 minutes of fiddling.
Twenty minutes. That sounds like a long time of fiddling to me.
