Bird watching with Anne Lamott Some PBS stations are airing a 40-minute documentary about writer Anne Lamott tonight. The PBS blurb bills the documentary as a look at "a year in the life of bestselling author, humorist, recovering alcoholic, born-again Christian and single mother Anne Malott as she explores universal concerns ranging from creativity to bad hair days to the meaning of life." Something for everyone. But, alas, the only PBS station accessible via local cable is not airing the program tonight. I'm hoping the station will air it later in the week.
