A prayer request
Alan Creech's Friday posting reminds me to be in prayer for the Palmer family. Jennifer has cancer. I'm praying for God's healing touch in her life. Will you join me?

I only met Palmer once, at Search Party last May in St. Louis. I met Alan Creech there, too, and several other wonderful bloggers. Palmer, Alan, I and some others piled into my Toyota Highlander (actually my wife says it's her's; she let me borrow it for the trip) and drove to The Hill, where we had a nice lunch at an authentic Italian restaurant.

Alan, Palmer and the rest of the folks that came to St. Louis for Search Party are great people. It's wonderful that the friendships are able to continue through the blogs.
